Grizzlies Lacrosse (“we”, “us”, “our”) runs girls lacrosse programmes through CT Grizzlies in Fairfield County, Connecticut and Grizzlies SC in Charleston, South Carolina. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.

- Contact form. When you send us a message we receive your name, email address, phone number if you provide one, and the content of your message.
- Registration and payments. Programme registration is handled on our LeagueApps site, not on this website. Any details you enter there, including player and payment information, are collected and stored by LeagueApps under their own privacy policy.
- Photos and video. We publish team and event photography that may include players, coaches and families.
- Technical data. Our host records standard server logs such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, which help keep the site secure and working properly.
How we use your information
- To answer enquiries and provide information about our programmes.
- To administer teams, tryouts, seasons and events.
- To send programme updates and announcements to families who have registered with us.
- To keep the website secure and to understand which pages are useful.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.
Children’s privacy
Our programmes serve young athletes, so we take particular care with information about minors. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children through this website. Registration is completed by a parent or guardian through LeagueApps. If you believe a child has provided information to us directly, contact us and we will remove it.
Photography and media
Team, practice and tournament photography may appear on this website and on our social channels. If you would prefer that a photograph of your player not be used, email ctgrizzlies@gmail.com and we will remove it.
